To have a choice signifies power and freedom
Whether you exercise it or not depends on your reason
But what about the sexual orientation you are born with?
Some believe it's a choice made and some consider it filth
Know that nobody chooses to be ridiculed
To be different from the pack, to be unique thus abused
But you are what you are and if that does make you distinct
Then you are as unique as the next person just as a fingerprint
There were dark clouds and rain
As nature mirrored the unique's pain
But today Delhi with the rest of India greets the golden sunlight
While the supreme court has painted a rainbow sky, decriminalizing a basic right.
